Tonic on Instagram has changed the things we eat

What have we been eating all our lives?? Your videos of supermarket products very revealing and we have changed a lot - eg: Ryvita original- had forgotten how good it tastes! Learning a lot from Instagram posts which are extremely informative about so many foods in particular but also other products. Extremely useful.
