I’ve been taking this drink daily for about 12 months. It’s a daily habit now and my routine. Drink is pleasant and I like that it’s sugar free. I do believe this has helped my immunity as I’m quite prone to throat viruses, if I have felt like I’m getting something I down tools and rest and seem to recover quickly . This may well be down to my daily immunity drink and also the realization that when you’re unwell you need to rest completely. I will continue this routine as it’s working for me .

Making a tired 65yr old feel younger

Getting out of bed in the morning has never been so easy

As someone who suffers from seasonal affective disorder, tonic multivitamins are an absolute game changer. I found it very difficult getting out of bed in the dark winter months, but now i really do have a sping in my step as soon as a wake up ( I'm out the door at 6am) and all throughout the day, I feel alot less tired.
